  I took my two year old to the surgery on Monday firstly I couldn't get an appointment with one of the surgery doctors although I called as soon as the surgery opened the receptionist tried her best to overhear my request that I urgently need to see a doctor and kept offering appointment with nurse after a lot of insisting I managed to get telephone appointment with a locum doctor. When the doctor called he said it doesn't sound serious without offering an appointment for examination I insisted I want an appointment regardless because the pain is frequent and ongoing past 6 weeks!! Upon examination by locum doctor he said he notice a swelling under his rib but he said he's not concerned about it because I told him he complains of upper left side abdomen pain which has become more frequent and from moderate to severe over the last couple weeks so the doctor only looked at abdomen pain and neglected everything else. He suggested a scan and blood test to which I agreed but he said I collect blood form from reception. There's the worst part I went into the reception the receptionist said the form will be ready to collect tomorrow I called up Wednesday two days later but no form I was told I will get a call from a doctor and the form will be available immediately no doctor called. I really want to get these tests done as a parent I want to be as quick and swift getting the required tests done but the treatment and communication with this surgery is poor and disgusting. I'm going to call tomorrow morning as it opens its lines but I know they won't give me an appointment nor any information when can I collect the blood test form for my son. It would be nice if they prioritise their workload. All I want is the blood test form the doctor asked me to get done but the receptionist wasn't listening or is my form ready for collection. I am extremely unhappy with their service.
